Sam n Ella's Chetek Wisconsin

    We are pleased to announce the arrival of Sam n Ella's traveling bait shop and sushi bar. During the upcoming summer fishing season *(~~May through~~ ~~October 2000)~~ Sam n Ella will be serving their excellent cuisine and dispensing fresh bait on the waters of the Chetek Chain of Lakes.
     Sam n Ella have been operating for the past twenty years on various lakes throughout the United States and have always been remembered for years after their departure.
     As always Sam n Ella will be using all ingredients from the local lakes in their restaurant. Some of the items planned for the menu include Bluegill Sashimi, Crappie Rolls, and minnow wraps with Eurasian milfoil. Their local version of Toro (belly of tuna) will feature bullhead, while their Tekkamaki will contain Perch and Northern Pike and their Hokigai fresh water clams.

   Sam n Ella Escheria-Coli are also pleased to say that they will be joined this year by their lovely daughter Listeria who will be in charge of the kitchen. Listeria is exceptionally qualified for her duties having recently been in charge of the water purification plant in Milwaukee Wisconsin and a food processing plant in Zeeland Michigan.
     Listeria will also be introducing her new delicious orts and offal eggroll which is made from fresh ingredients gathered on the premises daily.
     And remember all of Sam n Ella's sushi and bait is caught fresh daily so no refrigeration is ever required.

* By popular demand Sam n Ella have agreed to return to Chetek annually throughout the summer.
