To reserve a pontoon a $100.00 reservation deposit is required.  A major  credit card is required at rental for a damage deposit.

PETS
ALL PET ACCOMMODATIONS MUST BE PREARRANGED
Pets may be allowed in rentals & campsites with restrictions. Management reserves the right to accept or refuse pets on a case by case basis. We ask all pet owners to keep pets secured to an immovable object within a maximum length of 10 feet from unit (cabin/trailer or tent) or be Ieashed & held by a capable person. YOU MUST CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR PET IMMEDIATELY. Pets must be kept quiet and must be accompanied by its owner at all times.  Please do not jeopardize your vacation or your neighbor's safety and right to a quiet vacation.
A per pet fee and deposit is required on cabin / trailer rentals.

RESERVATIONS
NORTHERN EXPOSURE RESORT & CAMPGROUND accepts reservations on a first come first served basis. Telephone reservations are highly recommended to better address customer requests and resort policies. E-mail requests may not be addressed for up to 48 hours during the camping season and It has taken up to 5 e-mails to address availability, site locations, deposits, special needs etc.

VISITORS
All visitors must register upon arrival. Posted visitor fees will be required at time of registration.

DEPOSITS
Cabin deposits are due within 10 days from date of accepted reservation request. Cabin deposits are $200 per rental.  Cabin deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Camping deposits are also due within 10 days of accepted reservation request. Camping deposits are ONLY REFUNDABLE WITH A 14 DAY ADVANCE NOTICE

FIRE WORKS, WEAPONS
Fireworks of any kind, B.B. guns, sling shots and bows and arrows are not allowed on the premises.
